Policy for Returns & Exchanges:

 

Thank you for shopping at Spinzar Textile. We want you to be happy & enjoy your purchase. If for any reason, you need to return or exchange the item you have bought, we try to make it convenient & hassle free for you as part of our ideology to facilitate our customers. In our experience, most of the items returned are due to incorrect sizing so please take extra care in selecting your size before you order. This would save time & money for all concerned.

 

Procedure:

Please review the following important points & ensure to comply with the specified procedure to streamline the entire process.

1) No Cash Refunds.

2) Prices are inclusive of General Sales Tax.

3) All local / domestic deliveries would be completed within 5 working days of the purchase. ( Saturday & Sunday not included). Orders made after 5:00 p.m. would be considered from the next day.

4) Products may slightly vary in color & appearance from the pictures due to several aspects such as colour monitors & screens, lighting used in photo sessions etc. This tolerance must be kept in mind while making the purchase.

5) On receipt of your purchase, if you have an issue, please notify us immediately via email on support@spinzar.net

6) Your intimation needs to be sent to us no later than 07 business days from receipt of your purchase.

7) When reporting an issue via email, please include clear picture of the fault(s) / issue(s) being the basis of return.

8) A return & exchange form is always sent to customers along with the purchase. Please fill out the form when returning us the purchase. You also need to specify the reason for return / exchange mentioned on the form. This is mandatory.

 

9) Following aspects need to be ensured before you return the package:

a) Item should not be worn outside the house

b) Product should be in its original new condition "No tempering or alteration allowed".

c) Product should be with its original packaging, all labels, tags and packaging material included.

d) Product should be unwashed.

e) Product should be free from all kinds of cologne, perfume or any kind of odor, etc

f) Product should be free from spots & stains, dirt marks, etc.

g) Product is returned to us no later than 18 business days from receipt.

 

 

10) Product should only be dispatched once you have received a confirmation / consent from our customer support department via email.

11) Please use the nominated courier services only.

12) Please keep proof and track of your returned purchase until you receive a confirmation of receipt from our end.

13) On receipt of your package, our in house team of professionals will evaluate your concerns & send you an acknowledgement / query(s), if any.

14) Please give us 14 business days to process your request. Once done, we will send you intimation prior to dispatch.

 

  • Courier Charges & Deliveries

 

1) Free shipping all over Pakistan.

 

3) Courier charges to be borne by Spinzar Textile, if we delivered:

a) Incorrect size

b) Faulty / defective product

c) Wrong product

d) If you agree to avail shop credit instead of a full refund.

 

4) Courier charges to be borne by customer, if you ordered:

a) Incorrect size

b) If you simply don’t like the product & would like to get a refund or exchange.

 

P.S. Spinzar Textile reserves the right to refuse any claim for refund or exchange if any of the above clauses are not met or complied with. Spinzar Textile also reserves the right for a partial refund in case of non-compliance with procedures.

 

  • Funds Transfer:

Once your request has been processed & you receive a confirmation from our end, please bear with us for minimum 14 business days for the funds to be transferred in your bank account. We are confident that transfer(s) will be made earlier but we prefer to deliver early rather than late.

 

  • Cancellation of order(s):

If you need to cancel a confirmed order, please notify us immediately. We try to process your order the same day or the next latest. We cannot accept cancellation request(s) once the product has been dispatched.

 

  • Item(s) which cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Made to order items
  • Plus sizes
  • Any article(s) which cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
